INTEGRATED FEVER CLINIC FOR DENGUE Update on : 2016-08-08

To manage the Dengue /Viral fever out break in much more professional manner and to minimize the waiting time and hardship faced by such patients, an innovative idea of starting an integrated Fever Clinic in the hospital was taken with following objectives 1. Separate designated area in the hospital for integrated Fever Clinic to cater such patients. 2. All the services required by such patients should be available under one roof starting from registration, investigation, diaganosis to getting the Medicines. So that patients need not go to different places and be in various queues for the services required. 3. Doctors, specially trained to deal with the Dengue/Chikenguea/Viral fever to be posted in this clinic for better management of such patients. 4. Integrated Fever Clinic to be run every day including Sunday and holidays till the out break is over. With the above objectives and still facing severe space crunch, Integrated Fever Clinic was started at ESIC Hospital Okhla in the Golden Jubilee Hall on 8.8.2016. The clinic was inaugurated by Medical Superintendent Dr Deepika Govil.
